Far Afield: Rare food enocunters from around the world By Shane Mitchell

Far Afield is filled with astonishing pictures. The scenery alone is just beautiful and impressive. While flipping through the book looking at just the pictures I felt as if I was at peace. I felt like I was right there in the moment. Just amazing.
I found the book to be diversely impressive. I could have never imagined something so unique and successful as this book. The recipes that I tried are amazing. Not only could I make them for my family for dinner, but they also could be stored for a longer life span. It's like going on a world road trip, but not leaving your kitchen. A wonderful book with an amazing picture illustration.

Alexander Hamilton's Guide to Life

While I'm not typically one to pick up a random book on a historical figure, this book snatched up my attention and it's so much fun and such a worthy read! Hamilton really comes to life through Wilser's narratives and tidbits -- some picked from his own actual research that you won't find elsewhere. So much of the Hamilton story is still appropriate today, and this book surely gave me a better understanding of Hamilton the founding father as well as Hamilton the man. My son is actually reading this book now and I must say to see any teenager pick up a book just because is a priceless moment. So do yourself or child a favor and get this book! Kanye West owes me $300 By Jensen Karp

Kanye West owes me $300 is hysterical and down to earth. Mr. Karp tells his side of how things went down between him and other rappers. It tells about his challenges that he had to conquer. This book is written for the young and the hip hop world. Many teens would appreciate the hip hop world more after reading this book. I received this book for bloggingforbooks.com.

Marked In Ink By Megan Massacre

Marked In Ink is a coloring book that involves creativity at its best. I find that it's easy to get distracted when doing many things, however with Marked In Ink you are caught up with every line and every shape. You're being mindful about the moment you are in and you tend to loose yourself. These are pictures that are full of life without color, then when you add color everything comes to reality. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs a little get away, but loves the creativity in life. I received this book from bloggingforbooks.com.

Girl Interrupted By Susanna Kaysen

Susanna Kaysen was a young woman lost in her own world looking for herself. She longed to find who she really was. Girl Interrupted touches base on mental health issues that may effect your life or someone you love. I found that this book hit home. I live with Borderline Personality Disorder and Girl Interrupted help me to understand some of my own issues. Susanna Kaysen was able to better understand herself and her needs and wants. I recommend this book and the movie.
